Mission Completion Freezing Bug - Still No Response?

Since I dont do Facebook or Twitter, I thought I would ask the community:

Has anyone heard any response from DE regarding the game freezing at the Mission Completion screen? It began to affect me following the latest update. At first, the game hung about once every hour or two. Now...its ever 3-4 missions.
